Provision of Specialist Search Equipment Royal Netherlands Army (RNLA)

The RNLA has recently completed an initial programme to provide a Counter IED Search capability to its ground forces, led by the RNLA Corps of Engineers. The capability includes the establishment of a training school and procurement of equipment for numerous search teams.

The RNLA has received equipment and training from a group of UK companies over the past 12 months. Equipment purchased included several HAWK Non-Linear Junction Detectors for use by Advanced Search Teams, additional purchases are expected during the coming year as the RNLA continues its programme.
